pub enum FixedLambdaSolverStage {
BinomialMultiNewton,
MultinomialNewton,
MultinomialFirth,
}Expand description
Fixed-lambda solver stage that owns a resumable coefficient checkpoint.
The multinomial fitter has two distinct objectives: the ordinary softmax likelihood and the Firth/Jeffreys separation refit. Recording the stage is therefore part of correctness: a Firth checkpoint must resume the Firth objective rather than being mistaken for an ordinary multinomial start.
