fitted: Array2<f64>Training fitted tangent vectors (N x D).
sigma2: f64Pooled residual dispersion Q / (N·D - edf_total).
lambdas: Array1<f64>Smoothing parameters in the request penalty order. A numerically
rank-zero penalty has no estimable smoothing coordinate and is 0.
edf_by_penalty: Array1<f64>Per-penalty EDF in the request penalty order.
