Expand description

One slot’s persistent latent buffer within a LatentKvCache layer. The per-slot analogue of KvLayer’s k/v pair, generalized to an arbitrary slot count and independent per-slot trailing shape.

Fields§

§storage: Arc<RwLock<Storage>>§layout: Layout

View layout into storage. For the pre-allocated (capacity) buffers LatentKvCache::with_capacity allocates, the layout matches the storage’s full [max_seq_len, ...trailing] shape.

§version: u64

Monotonic write version. Bumps on every successful Op::WriteSlice targeting this slot. Placeholder for the future multi-device coherence protocol — mirrors KvLayer::k_version / v_version.

§authority: AuthorityState
