A declarative subgraph pattern: the §3 grammar root plus the FusedOpParams to stamp on the matched fused node. The rule engine (crate::opt::FusionRule / PatternKind::Declarative) walks root against the graph (via crate::jit::match_region) and emits Op::Fused(id, params).

Fields

root: PatternNode

The region/pattern root (the subgraph SINK, fkc-fusion-patterns §3a.1).

params: FusedOpParams

The per-instance params stamped on the emitted fused node. A parameterless declarative op carries its unit variant; scalar-param ops recover their payload via the extract: layer (a follow-up) — for now the template lives here.
