Default ftlog formatter

The default ftlog format is like:

INFO main [examples/ftlog.rs:27] Hello, world!

Since ftlog cannot customize timestamp, the corresponding part is omitted. The actual log output is like:

2022-11-22 17:02:12.574+08 0ms INFO main [examples/ftlog.rs:27] Hello, world!
