Mutable bootstrap pointer at ecs/root.

The pointer is tiny and atomically updated; it is the only file read before object lookup starts.

manifest_object_id: ObjectId

ObjectId of the current RootManifest object.

ecs_epoch: EpochId

Bootstrap epoch guard (root_epoch).

root_auth_tag: [u8; 16]

Optional keyed authentication tag for symbol_auth=on.
