pub enum SystemUiOverlay {
Top,
Bottom,
}Expand description
App-facing system-UI (system-bar) override:
set_system_ui_mode requests a status-/navigation-bar visibility mode —
the Flutter SystemChrome.setEnabledSystemUIMode analog — reaching
whichever shell is running the next time it polls (once per frame,
mirroring set_app_theme’s delivery timing). See
frust_shell_common::system_ui’s module docs for the full layering
rationale, the thread contract (a plain Mutex-guarded process-global,
callable from any thread), the FFI wire format each mobile shell exports, and
where Android/iOS diverge from the five-mode vocabulary.
use frust::{SystemUiMode, set_system_ui_mode};
// Hide all system bars; an edge swipe re-shows them.
set_system_ui_mode(SystemUiMode::Immersive);One of the two system bars a SystemUiMode::Manual mode can name —
Flutter’s SystemUiOverlay kept here for doc/mapping parity even though
SystemUiMode::Manual itself uses named bools (top/bottom) rather
than a Vec<SystemUiOverlay>, the more Rust-idiomatic shape for a
fixed two-element set.
Variants§
Top
The top system bar (Android status bar; iOS status bar).
Bottom
The bottom system bar (Android navigation bar; iOS home indicator).
