IntermediateTexture

Enum IntermediateTexture

Source
pub enum IntermediateTexture<T = Texture, V = TextureView> {
    Texture(PooledTexture<T, V>),
    TooLarge {
        width: u32,
        height: u32,
        max: u32,
    },
}
Expand description

The result of asking for an intermediate: a pooled texture, or the extent that was refused.

Variants§

§

Texture(PooledTexture<T, V>)

A texture at least the requested extent. Its allocation is quantized up, so render into PooledTexture::requested_size, not size.

§

TooLarge

The request exceeded IntermediateTargets::max_texture_size on at least one axis and nothing was allocated.

A layer too wide for one page has an answer that renders it — page_bands — so reaching this arm means the extent was asked for whole rather than by band.

Fields

§width: u32

Requested width in texels.

§height: u32

Requested height in texels.

§max: u32

The per-axis ceiling that refused it.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<T, V> IntermediateTexture<T, V>

Source

pub fn texture(&self) -> Option<&PooledTexture<T, V>>

The pooled texture, or None for a refused request.

Source

pub fn is_too_large(&self) -> bool

Whether the request was refused for exceeding the ceiling.
