Struct TextScaleGuard

Installing the reader’s font size for a whole frame — see frus_core::install_text_scale. Re-exported for the shell, which has to hold it across the build, the layout and the paint. Puts back the scale that was in force before install_text_scale, when dropped — including while a panic unwinds, so one bad frame cannot leave a stale scale installed for every frame after it.
