FloatingLabelBehavior

Enum FloatingLabelBehavior

Source
pub enum FloatingLabelBehavior {
    Auto,
    Always,
    Never,
}
Expand description

When a field’s label floats above the value (milestone 656) — the reference’s FloatingLabelBehavior.

Variants§

§

Auto

Inside the field, in the value’s place, while it is empty and unfocused; floated once it is focused or holds something. The default.

§

Always

Always floated, so the hint shows in an empty field even before it is focused.

§

Never

Never floated: inside an empty field, in the value’s place, and gone once it holds something — a hint that a screen reader still reads as the field’s name.
