A single [files.<name>] configuration section.

File-upload routes are not yet wired into the binary; this type exists so the server can warn rather than silently ignore the section. All fields are optional to keep parsing tolerant.

storage: Option<String>

Named storage backend this upload route writes to.

max_size: Option<String>

Maximum upload size (e.g. "50MB").

path: Option<String>

URL path prefix override.
