#[non_exhaustive]pub enum MutationStrategy {
FunctionCall,
DirectSql,
}Expand description
Strategy used by an adapter for executing mutations.
Adapters that use stored database functions (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) use
FunctionCall. Adapters that generate INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE SQL directly (SQLite)
use DirectSql.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
FunctionCall
Mutations execute via stored database functions (SELECT * FROM fn_create_user($1, $2)).
DirectSql
Mutations execute via direct SQL (INSERT INTO ... RETURNING *).
