#[non_exhaustive]pub enum WriteMode {
Commit,
DryRun,
}Expand description
Whether a write commits.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Commit
Commit once the gate admits the rows the function returned.
DryRun
Everything Commit does — session variables, the change-log outbox
row, the timing stamp, the gate — then roll back: a dry run exercises exactly the
write it stands in for, and nothing persists.
