Convert IntermediateSchema to CompiledSchema

This performs:

Type conversion (intermediate types → compiled types)
Field name normalization (type → field_type)
Validation (type references, circular refs, etc.)
Optimization

§Errors

Returns an error if any type, query, mutation, interface, subscription, or directive conversion fails, if federation/security/observer config JSON cannot be deserialized, or if compiled schema validation detects unknown type references.
