Specific spec name (if not provided, lists available specs)

Exact Match: Use full spec name (YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_feature_name format) Fuzzy Matching: Use natural language queries like “auth” or “user management”

• Supports feature name matching (e.g., “auth” matches “user_authentication”)
• Supports partial spec name matching with Levenshtein distance
• Returns match confidence and details in response
