Variants

Local

Use the system’s local timezone (Excel default behavior)

Utc

Use UTC timezone

FixedOffsetSeconds(i32)

Use a fixed offset from UTC (seconds east of UTC).

This is the only timezone-like option permitted under deterministic mode.
