Every read of one evaluation, as rectangles (sheet, r0, c0, r1, c1) (0-based, inclusive; a cell read is a 1×1 rectangle). Names are not recorded: a name’s reads flow through the range view of its definition. Used by the freshness recorder for dynamic readers (design §8.2).
