What one render did, for the application’s own logs and metrics.

On a crate::RenderError for a budget or a fault, the same counts say how far the walk got. For a page served without a walk (a browser shell) every count is zero. nodes and list_iterations are counted by crate::PageHandle::render.

Walk time excludes checked props conversion and document assembly. Measure the complete handle call when deciding to move owned request data and a cloned handle into the application runtime’s blocking pool.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

nodes: usize

Elements and text nodes the walk wrote (hydration markers and comments are not nodes).

bytes: usize

Bytes of HTML the walk wrote into the page’s root. State and document markup are excluded from this work counter, but the complete response is also checked against WalkLimits::max_output_bytes before allocation.

list_iterations: usize

List rows the walk wrote, across every nesting depth, the quantity WalkLimits::max_list_iterations bounds.

walk_time: Duration

Time spent in the walk.
