#[non_exhaustive]pub struct Step<'p> {
pub consumed: usize,
pub event: Event<'p>,
}Expand description
One step of the parser: how many input bytes it consumed, and what happened.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.consumed: usizeBytes of the input consumed; pass the rest (and later new bytes) to the next call.
event: Event<'p>What happened.
