Which of the optional pull-request writes a connection can perform. All false by default: a frontend shows the key for each only where the provider says it works, so a forge without an API for one (Bitbucket cannot reopen a declined pull request; GitLab has no draft flag beyond the title prefix) never offers a key that would only fail.

resolve_threads: bool

PullRequestSource::resolve_thread works.

draft: bool

PullRequestSource::set_draft works in both directions.

close: bool

PullRequestSource::set_closed can close an open pull request.

reopen: bool

PullRequestSource::set_closed can reopen a closed one.

request_reviewer: bool

PullRequestSource::reviewable_users and PullRequestSource::request_reviewer work.
