decorate: bool

Whether to spend extra per-PR calls filling the fields a provider’s list endpoint omits (GitHub leaves out mergeable, changed_files, additions, deletions entirely).

Defaults to true, so no caller loses decoration by accident. Callers that render decorated fields lazily — the dashboard fetches them per visible row — turn it off, and providers that honour it must still bound the work to the rows they finally return, so the cost does not multiply with the size of the repository scope.
