High-level platform group — used for multi-select filtering.

Each variant maps to a set of OsScope variants via OsScope::platform. Use a bitmask of Platform values (see PlatformMask) to express multi-platform filters such as “Windows + macOS”.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
