Full carries fresh assembly bytes; discard prior state, decode and install. Delta carries delta bytes; decode via molex’s molex_delta_to_edits and apply incrementally; preserves derived plugin state across mutations. Plugins that don’t track incremental state may treat Delta the same as Full by reconstituting the assembly from the decoded edits.
