A decision ledger with explicit schema versioning for forward compatibility.

Use this struct when persisting ledgers to disk or transmitting over the wire. The schema version allows consumers to detect incompatible changes and migrate data appropriately.

Schema version string (semver format)

ledger_id: String

Ledger identifier for tracking

created_at_unix_ms: u128

Unix timestamp when ledger was created (milliseconds)

last_updated_unix_ms: u128

Unix timestamp of most recent record (milliseconds)

Total number of records
