Expand description

Queue implementation selector retained for same-binary performance proofs.

VecHead is the production path resurrected from the 2026-07-10 ledger: a preallocated Vec<usize> with a monotonic head cursor. VecDeque is the frozen baseline. Both arms execute the same monomorphized traversal body, including CGSE decisions and witness accounting.
