pub struct PageRankNegativeWeight;Expand description
Error returned by pagerank_with_weight_checked when the input
graph carries a negative edge weight. Power iteration over signed
transition matrices is numerically unstable (the per-row weight
shares become signed and the rank vector drifts away from sum=1),
so callers should fall back to a pure-Python NetworkX path that
uses sparse-matrix arithmetic.
