Expand description
An error that occurred during the processing of a pattern.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
BareEscape
A bare escape character at the end of the pattern.
InternalError(Error)
Something went really, really wrong.
InvalidRegex(String, Error)
The resulting regex was invalid.
NotImplemented(String)
Some known missing functionality.
RangeAfterRange(char, char)
An invalid combination of ranges ([a-b-c]) within a character class.
ReversedRange(char, char)
A reversed range within a character class.
UnclosedAlternation
An alternation that was not closed before the end of the pattern.
UnclosedClass
A character class that was not closed before the end of the pattern.
