Fields

json: Value

The content as JSON of the logical model: property names are the model’s element names, attributes are primitives, the type xsi:type states is in "@type".

root_type: String

The canonical URL of the root element’s type.

positions: HashMap<String, Position>

Where each element is in the XML, by its path in the JSON (ClinicalDocument.component .structuredBody.component[2].section), the form the engine’s trace uses.

issues: Vec<Issue>

What could not be read into the model: unknown elements and attributes, values that do not fit their type.
