ChannelConsumer

Struct ChannelConsumer

Source
pub struct ChannelConsumer<T> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

The consuming half — a single consumer (clone the producer, not this).

Implementations§

Source§

impl<T> ChannelConsumer<T>

Source

pub fn is_empty(&self) -> bool

Whether no items are currently waiting in the queue — a point-in-time snapshot of whether the pipeline has drained everything captured so far. The engine reads this at a batch boundary to decide whether a flush has caught up (see Sink::flush’s caught_up).

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl<T: Send + 'static> Consumer<T> for ChannelConsumer<T>

Source§

fn recv<'life0, 'async_trait>( &'life0 mut self, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<Option<Delivery<T>>>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait,

The next delivery, or None once the queue is closed and drained.
