Repeat

Struct Repeat

Source
pub struct Repeat<I: Iterator>
where I::Item: Clone,
{ /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Finite repetition adapter behind [FluentIter::repeat].

The first pass streams the source while caching; passes 2..=n replay the cache. With times == 0 the source is never consumed at all.

⇔ .hasLessOrExactly(n): at most n items. Short-circuits after n + 1. Read more

fn has_more_than(self, n: usize) -> bool

⇔ .hasMoreThan(n): strictly more than n items. Short-circuits after n + 1. Read more

fn has_more_or_exactly(self, n: usize) -> bool

⇔ .hasMoreOrExactly(n): at least n items. Short-circuits after n — it cannot tell you how many more. Read more

fn reduce_and_map<A, R>( self, init: A, fold: impl FnMut(A, Self::Item) -> A, map: impl FnMut(A) -> R, ) -> R

⇔ .reduceAndMap(reducer, initial, resultFn): fold, then project the accumulator. Argument order follows Iterator::fold (initial first), not the JS signature. Read more

fn contains(self, item: &Self::Item) -> bool
where Self::Item: PartialEq,

⇔ .contains(item): any item equal to item (JS compares with ===; Rust uses PartialEq). Short-circuits on the first hit. Read more

impl<T> From<T> for T

Source§

fn from(t: T) -> T

Returns the argument unchanged.

Source§

impl<T, U> Into<U> for T
where U: From<T>,

Source§

fn into(self) -> U

Calls U::from(self).

That is, this conversion is whatever the implementation of From<T> for U chooses to do.

impl<I> IntoIterator for I
where I: Iterator,

Source§

type Item = <I as Iterator>::Item

The type of the elements being iterated over.
Source§

type IntoIter = I

Which kind of iterator are we turning this into?
Source§

fn into_iter(self) -> I

Creates an iterator from a value. Read more

fn try_from(value: U) -> Result<T, !>

Performs the conversion.

fn try_into(self) -> Result<U, <U as TryFrom<T>>::Error>

Performs the conversion.
