Expand description

What a floor tick did.

Fields§

§seq: Option<u64>§no_change: bool§acks: Vec<Ack>

Acks written because a budget-deferred (or min-interval-held) pending sentinel was picked up by this floor tick.

§uploaded: usize§deleted: usize§consumed: usize§withheld_reason: Option<String>

Why visibility is withheld right now, straight off the gauges — so the per-tick stderr line is greppable and structured, which until Phase 6 is the ONLY signal surface an operator has.

§parked: usize

A foreign 412 parked at least one path on this tick.

§held: usize

Paths this tick’s barrier held because the syncer may not read them, or because their names are not UTF-8 (BarrierReport::held).
