Success = 0

Normal update completed successfully.

CovarianceExplosion = 1

Covariance explosion detected — forgetting factor was temporarily increased.

The update still completed, but with a modified λ to prevent unbounded covariance growth. This typically indicates insufficient excitation in the regressor signal.
