handshake_burst: u32

Token bucket burst capacity (node.rate_limit.handshake_burst).

handshake_rate: f64

Tokens/sec refill rate (node.rate_limit.handshake_rate).

handshake_timeout_secs: u64

Stale handshake cleanup timeout in seconds (node.rate_limit.handshake_timeout_secs).

handshake_resend_interval_ms: u64

Initial handshake resend interval in ms (node.rate_limit.handshake_resend_interval_ms). Handshake messages are resent with exponential backoff within the timeout window.

handshake_resend_backoff: f64

Handshake resend backoff multiplier (node.rate_limit.handshake_resend_backoff).

handshake_max_resends: u32

Max handshake resends per attempt (node.rate_limit.handshake_max_resends).
