A rectangle in pixels: a source crop in input pixels, or a placement in output pixels.

Fractional values are kept as is: libplacebo resamples sub-pixel windows, so keyframed crops (Grade::crops, from ffcine-reframe) move smoothly instead of stepping a pixel at a time.
