Log -> Rec.709 (BT.1886) on the decoded, range-expanded R’G’B’ (LutType::Normalized).

primaries: Primaries

Re-tag the source as Rec.709 primaries and transfer, so libplacebo treats the LUT’s output as Rec.709 and converts nothing more (the matrix and range tags stay).
