Cancel-flow policy — what to do with the flow’s members. Today encoded as a String on CancelFlowArgs; Stage 0 extracts the policy shape as a typed enum (RFC-012 §3.3.0).

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

FlowOnly

Cancel only the flow record; leave members alone.

CancelAll

Cancel the flow and every non-terminal member execution.

CancelPending

Cancel the flow and every member currently in Pending / Blocked / Eligible — leave Running executions alone to drain.
