A money amount on the AP2 rail, normalized to the common budget unit (cents).

AP2 settles in fiat (and stablecoins); FerrumDeck’s budget ceiling is in cents, so only USD-denominated totals can be checked offline. A non-USD currency is unpriceable here and denied by default — the same posture the x402 gate takes for an asset with no known USD peg.
