Per-node trusted physical resolution. It supplies physical bindings and a provider estimator result, but cannot provide memory totals, compatibility reports, plan identities, or hashes.

Resolves one node through the typed planning registry. Provider selection is core-owned; preferred_provider is only a compatibility preference and cannot inject a provider or resource estimate.
