Parses ferrox-server’s own argv, including the llama.cpp-style multi-character short options (-ngl, -dev) that clap cannot express and which are rewritten to their long forms first.

Public because ferrox-cli’s serve subcommand hands the same arguments to the same parser rather than reimplementing it.
