Why a caller-supplied sampler order was refused.

Every variant names the sampler it is about. A refusal that said only “bad sampler list” would leave the caller guessing which of five names this engine disliked.

Unknown(String)

No sampler by this name exists in llama.cpp either.

Unimplemented

A real llama.cpp sampler that ferrox does not implement.
