Struct XamlMetadata

Source
pub struct XamlMetadata {
    pub name: String,
    pub crate_name: String,
    pub documents: Vec<DocumentModel>,
    pub dependencies: Vec<String>,
}
Expand description

The compiled markup a crate exports to its dependents (AssemblyModel, the part of it the compiler reads today).

Fields§

§name: String

The assembly name of the crate.

§crate_name: String

The name of the crate, as Rust paths spell it.

§documents: Vec<DocumentModel>

The compiled documents, in the order of the compilation.

§dependencies: Vec<String>

The .xamlmeta files of the crates this crate includes documents of, relative to the directory of this file or absolute (the files of a build are in the OUT_DIR of each crate).

Implementations§

Source§

impl XamlMetadata

Source

pub fn to_json(&self) -> String

The model as the text of a .xamlmeta file.

Source

pub fn parse(text: &str) -> Result<XamlMetadata, String>

Reads the model from the text of a .xamlmeta file.

Source

pub fn read(path: impl AsRef<Path>) -> Result<Vec<XamlMetadata>, String>

Reads the .xamlmeta file path and, transitively, the files of its dependencies: every crate whose documents the compiler may reach through it (DEP_* metadata exists only for direct dependencies, 9.6.3). Each assembly is listed once, path first.
