CallForm

Enum CallForm

Source
pub enum CallForm {
    Structural,
    Path(String),
    CratePath(String),
    Invoker,
}
Expand description

How generated code calls a member (9.5.3). The scan chooses it for every callable of the model once the models of the dependencies are attached (crate::call_forms).

Variants§

§

Structural

Form A: typed code derived from the declaration. The callable is a function a declaration macro writes for the type (the accessor of a routed event or of a registered property), or the closure that dereferences what such a function returns (CallableModel::dereferenced); generated code calls the function by the public path of the type.

§

Path(String)

Form B: the public function with this absolute path (the public path of the type and the name of the function), called with the instance by reference and the arguments in the declared types.

§

CratePath(String)

Form B for code generated into the crate of the declaration only: the function is visible in its crate (pub(crate)). For any other crate the member is called as Invoker.

§

Invoker

Form C: the invoker of the metadata.

Implementations§

Source§

impl CallForm

Source

pub fn from_another_crate(&self) -> &CallForm
