The public constructor of a class that the loader table of its document creates the class with (XamlCompilerTaskExecutor: a public parameterless constructor, else a public constructor whose single parameter is the service provider). The name is the associated function of the class.

[generate_class_file] picks it as upstream’s compiler does unless its caller states it.

new T(CreateRootServiceProviderV3(serviceProvider)): a function that takes Option<Rc<dyn IServiceProvider>>.
