DefaultPlatformSettings

Struct DefaultPlatformSettings

Source
pub struct DefaultPlatformSettings { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A default implementation of IPlatformSettings for platforms that do not provide settings of their own, and the base the settings of the platform backends are built on: a backend embeds one, delegates what it does not replace and raises the change events through on_color_values_changed and on_preferred_application_language_changed.

Implementations§

Source§

impl DefaultPlatformSettings

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Creates the default settings.

Source

pub fn on_color_values_changed(&self, color_values: PlatformColorValues)

Raises IPlatformSettings::color_values_changed.

The settings belong to the UI thread: a backend that learns about the change on another thread marshals to the UI thread first.

Source

pub fn on_preferred_application_language_changed(&self)

Raises IPlatformSettings::preferred_application_language_changed.

The settings belong to the UI thread: a backend that learns about the change on another thread marshals to the UI thread first.

Source§

fn default() -> Self

Returns the “default value” for a type. Read more

impl IPlatformSettings for DefaultPlatformSettings

Source§

fn hotkey_configuration(&self) -> Rc<PlatformHotkeyConfiguration>

The hotkey configuration registered with the locator.

Panics if none is registered.

Source§

fn preferred_application_language(&self) -> String

The language of the user interface the environment asks for (LC_ALL, LC_MESSAGES, LANG, in this order), or the empty (invariant) tag when it does not say.

Source§

fn get_tap_size(&self, type_: PointerType) -> Size

The size of the rectangle around the location of a pointer down that a pointer up must occur within in order to register a tap gesture, in device-independent pixels.
Source§

fn get_double_tap_size(&self, type_: PointerType) -> Size

The size of the rectangle around the location of a pointer down that a pointer up must occur within in order to register a double-tap gesture, in device-independent pixels.
Source§

fn get_double_tap_time(&self, _type: PointerType) -> Duration

The maximum time that may occur between the first and second click of a double-tap gesture.
Source§

fn hold_wait_duration(&self) -> Duration

The time a pointer must be held down for in order to register a holding gesture.
Source§

fn get_color_values(&self) -> PlatformColorValues

Gets current system color values including dark mode and accent colors.
Source§

fn color_values_changed( &self, handler: Rc<dyn Fn(&PlatformColorValues)>, ) -> Rc<dyn IDisposable>

Raises when current system color values are changed, including changing of a dark mode and accent colors. Disposing the returned handle unsubscribes.
Source§

fn preferred_application_language_changed( &self, handler: Rc<dyn Fn()>, ) -> Rc<dyn IDisposable>

Raised when the system language preferences change. Disposing the returned handle unsubscribes.
