A clip that leaves visible the rectangle (left_inset, top_inset, width - right_inset, height - bottom_inset) of the visual it is set on (WinUI Microsoft.UI.Composition.InsetClip). The insets are animatable (LeftInset, TopInset, RightInset, BottomInset).
