Semantic kind of an action error. Surfaces in the back-compat query string (?error=<kind_snake_case>) and in tracing fields.

Variants

Generic

General-purpose error with no specific HTTP semantic.

NotFound

The requested resource was not found (404-shape).

Forbidden

The caller is authenticated but lacks permission (403-shape).

Unauthorized

The caller is not authenticated (401-shape).
