Comparison operators for visibility conditions.

Phase 165 F13: IsTrue / IsFalse operate directly on booleans without requiring {"operator": "eq", "value": false}. They also handle missing paths cleanly (treated as false). For consumer patterns that pair a has_X: bool controller field with a visibility gate, prefer these over Empty (which returns false for booleans by design — see resolver).

Match when the resolved value is the boolean true. Missing path and non-boolean values are treated as false.

IsFalse
