Ensures browser and backend agree – like Playwright where browserName is the single source of truth and the protocol is implicit.

Rules:

• backend = "bidi" implies browser = "firefox" (BiDi is Firefox-only)
• browser = "firefox" implies backend = "bidi" (Firefox only speaks BiDi)
• browser = "webkit" implies backend = "webkit" on macOS
• Everything else defaults to browser = "chromium", backend = "cdp-pipe"
