The window with mouse focus, if any

The mouse instance id, or SDL_TOUCH_MOUSEID
state: u32
The current button state
x: i32
X coordinate, relative to window
y: i32
Y coordinate, relative to window
xrel: i32
The relative motion in the X direction
yrel: i32
The relative motion in the Y direction
