Complete runtime genome representation

Fields§

§metadata: GenomeMetadata

Genome metadata

§cortical_areas: HashMap<CorticalID, CorticalArea>

Cortical areas (by cortical_id as CorticalID)

§brain_regions: HashMap<String, BrainRegion>

Brain regions (by region_id)

§classifiers: HashMap<String, Classifier>

Classifier assemblies (by classifier_id). Parallel to brain_regions; not a region and not exportable as a circuit.

§morphologies: MorphologyRegistry

Morphology registry

§physiology: PhysiologyConfig

Physiology configuration

§signatures: GenomeSignatures

Genome signatures

§stats: GenomeStats

Statistics

Implementations§

Source§

impl RuntimeGenome

Source

pub fn apply_classifier_required_mappings(&mut self) -> usize

Add every rule a classifier requires that its mapping lists lack.

The classifier record is authoritative for its own edges. Kernel encode (episodic_memory) and field scan (episodic_scan) can share one edge, and each is required on its own. Existing rules are left as they are. Returns the number of rules added.
